Jeanetta Owens

Jeanetta Owens and her son, Charles, are the proud owners of La Terraza Guest House B&B located in Grecia, Costa Rica. La Terraza is located in San Roque de Grecia, a small mountain village about 4100 feet above sea level, and is neatly nestled along the Vigi River, which borders the towns of San Roque and Los Angeles. Today, she and her son Charles welcome and entertain guests from around the world, including the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and many other countries. La Terraza is receiving rave reviews from visitors worldwide and is recognized as one of the best places to stay in Costa Rica.

Jeanetta and Charles Sr., her late husband, relocated to Costa Rica from Omaha, Nebraska. They had lived in many countries, including Germany and Japan, before moving to Costa Rica more than eighteen years ago. There, they decided to buy this gorgeous property.
Jeanetta has been instrumental in helping young people of color find success in their various business endeavors. That brings us to today, and Jeanetta has decided to relocate to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Jeanetta is relocating to Tanzania on the African continent in July of this year. She has wanted to do it for quite some time. Back in 2020, she even visited several African countries, including Uganda and Rwanda, and fell deeply in love with the Motherland.
