Simone W. Johnson Smith is a Life Coach, Speaker, Author, and Founder of Dream Academy. She also hosts the renowned podcast “The Immigrant Experience in America,” where she amplifies and humanizes the experiences of immigrants living in the United States.Simone, an immigrant herself and a former U.S Diplomat, noticed a significant gap surrounding the positive contributions of immigrants to American life. She has studied the issue of migration in her undergraduate and master’s programs and has worked intimately with the issue for close to 20 years. She identified the need for a roadmap to help immigrants decide unspoken rules, cultural language and thrive in their adopted countries.
Besides her professional work, Simone loves nature, staying active, and exploring different cultures both domestically and internationally. She currently lives in the southeastern United States with her family.
